Before You Book
Please review these important details before submitting a booking request:
• Delivery-Only Rental
Our RV is delivery and setup only. Guests are not permitted to tow under any circumstances.
• Campsite Must Be Reserved
Please secure a campground reservation before booking. Many campgrounds assign site numbers later— leave it blank if you do not have it yet.
• Minimum Stay Requirements
A minimum of 2 nights is required for all bookings.
• MBA Rental Insurance Required
MBA insurance must be purchased for your trip after we review your request. It is a quick online process and protects both you and us.
• Price Summary Before Booking
Your rental rate, delivery cost, and any discounts will be shown before you submit your request.
• Rental Agreement Signature Required
After approval, we will send you a rental agreement to sign electronically.
• Payment Due Before Delivery
Payment is required before we deliver the RV to your campsite.
• No Smoking & Pet Rules Apply
Smoking is not permitted. Pets must be registered during booking.
• We Deliver, Set Up & Pick Up
On arrival day, we deliver, level, stabilize, connect utilities, and walk you through using the RV.

These Rental Policies & Terms (“Agreement”) apply to all reservations, booking requests, rentals, deliveries, and services provided by LRD Adventures, LLC (“Owner”). By submitting a booking request, the Guest (“Renter,” “You,” “Your”) agrees to all policies listed below.
These policies are designed to ensure safety, protect our equipment, comply with campground requirements, meet insurance obligations, and provide a smooth and enjoyable rental experience.
Rental Insurance — What You Need to Know
Owner-Provided Insurance
We carry commercial insurance on the RV and our rental operations during your stay. This coverage protects the RV and the business during the rental period and meets our operational insurance requirements.
You do not need to purchase separate rental insurance to stay in the RV.

For added peace of mind, we offer optional renter liability protection.
What renter liability helps with:

Covers you if you’re held legally responsible for bodily injury or property damage to others during your stay

Examples include:

Injury to a guest or visitor
-
Accidental damage to campground property
-
Certain accidental incidents occurring during normal use

What it does not cover:
-
Damage to the RV itself
-
Intentional acts, misuse, or prohibited activities
-
Your personal belongings
Renter liability is optional but strongly recommended, especially if you’re traveling with guests.
Security Deposit & Responsibility

A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required before delivery.

The renter remains financially responsible for:

Damage beyond normal wear and tear

Missing items
-
Excessive cleaning
-
Violations of rental rules or campground policies

Optional renter liability does not replace the security deposit.
